Supa San is an izakaya style restaurant in BKC Mumbai by Aditya Birla New Age Dining. Built on the idea of “Masters of One” and imagined as “an izakaya by a mangaka”. The design inspiration is drawn from
a mangaka’s creative space and the character filled streets of Golden Gai. This influence shaped a bold yet intimate visual language a colour palette rooted in Japanese street culture and a high level of detail across identity space menus packaging and uniforms balancing approachability variation and craft.
