Orlo, inspired by The Great Indian Dining Table, is a canteen-style dining experience in Hyderabad by Viksit Hospitality. Rooted in the warmth of Indian homes, the menu brings together stories, dishes, and cultures from across the country.

As a Junior Designer at Please See//, I worked on designing Orlo’s menu with the core idea of found language—drawing from familiar objects and details commonly seen in Indian households.

Elements such as lace table runners, tabbed diaries, trinkets collected over years, and references to neighbourhood juice centres were used to evoke childhood memories. I also handled photography for the menu, focusing on lived experiences and nostalgia to create a tactile, familiar visual language.
